Equine Experiential Learning (EEL) and Equine Facilitated Learning (EFL) are experiential processes for growth, transformation, and personal development. These processes are facilitated with equines out in Nature awakening the senses and exposing our emotional and sensory experiences as important data. Listening to our own bodies’ wisdom and the messages behind our emotions are keys to our success in healing. These revelatory processes draw our attention to patterns and modes of operation that can be altered and healed allowing us to grow and live a more vital integrated life.
